You’re doing everything right, and you’re still depressed.

You eat well. You go to work. You plan nice things to do for yourself. You keep moving. You keep showing up.

And yet, for some reason, you still feel alone.

Disconnected.

Heavy.

There’s a heaviness that just won’t shake off.

Let’s talk about that.

My therapy is for people who’ve become experts at masking—showing the world everything is fine, but inside, they’re falling apart.

On the outside, you look steady.

On the inside, you’re overwhelmed, lonely, shut down.

You’ve learned how to hide your feelings for the comfort of others.

And now, it’s catching up.

Let’s drop the mask.

Let’s stop pretending.

Let’s unload some of that weight you’ve been carrying.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are functioning on the outside but struggling on the inside—people who’ve been in survival mode for so long that they no longer recognize themselves.

My clients are often navigating quiet depression, loneliness, shutdown, emotional masking, and the pressure to “hold it all together.”

I support neurodivergent adults, First-Gen and BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and anyone who’s been carrying more than their share for far too long.

If you’ve been moving through life with more pressure than support, you’re in the right place.
