I work with individuals 18 years and older. My clients are adults at various stages of life navigating depression, grief, loss, and the quiet feeling that something is missing.

Consultation gives us the opportunity to connect and see if we’re a therapeutic fit. During our 15-30 minutes together, we’ll briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and outline any goals you may have. It’s also a space for you to ask me any questions, and get a sense of how I work.

$150 for individual therapy (50 min.)
Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee, unless it can be rescheduled in the same week.
