I work with individuals and couples 18 years and older. My clients are often BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and/or neurodivergent.

At this time, I only offer virtual sessions to clients residing in California.

Consultation gives us the opportunity to connect and see if we’re a therapeutic fit. During our 15-30 minutes together, we’ll briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and outline any goals you may have. It’s also a space for you to ask me any questions, and get a sense of how I work.

My approach is chill. I’m direct, but never in a confrontational way. I will push you but only if you are ready, and only because I want you to thrive.

Our work might include a blend of:

EMDR for processing stuck places and old wounds

Narrative Therapy to rewrite the stories you’ve been carrying

CBT and DBT skills when structure or tools are helpful

Psychodynamic insights to understand deeper patterns

Experiential approaches because change happens through action

$150 for individual therapy (50 min.)

$180 for couples therapy (50 min.)

Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. If bi-weekly, I ask that we meet once a week for 4 consecutive weeks before transitioning.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee, unless it can be rescheduled in the same week.

I reserve therapy time just for you and last minute cancellations do not allow me to time to schedule someone else in that slot.

I do not accept insurance, but can provide a superbill so that you may submit for out-of-network benefits, if applicable.

Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. My sliding scale ranges between $110-$150. Please feel free to reach out if you are needing sliding scale pricing.

Yes, I do! However, Loveland will only cover up to $120 of each sessions, therefore, you will be responsible for the balance.

Loveland only provides a maximum of 12 vouchers, so if you would like to continue our work together once your vouchers have concluded, you will be responsible for paying the full fee each session.
